The pharmacy phone line that knows when to hand over.

An AI telephone assistant for UK pharmacies, on Retell AI and Twilio, with a staff screen that keeps every patient's communication history and tracks follow-up. It answers only from the pharmacy's approved information, never gives clinical advice, says it is an AI, and puts callers through to a person the moment they ask.

What the demonstration will show

  2. 2A caller who asks for a person is put through straight away: no questions first.
  3. 3Nobody answers the transfer: the assistant offers a callback, reads the number back and queues it for staff.
  4. 4Two calls from the same fictional patient: verified on the second call, relevant history retrieved.
